1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, fill out our intake form, submit a contact form, or otherwise communicate with us. This includes business information such as your business name, type, location, hours, services, and contact details.
We also collect usage data, such as which pages you visit and how you interact with the platform, to help us improve the service. This data is collected through standard server logs and may include your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Contact form submissions from your website visitors are stored and forwarded to you via email. We do not use visitor submissions for our own marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to build and operate your website, to configure and train your AI assistant, and to communicate with you about your account and service updates.
We may use your email address to send you service-related communications such as billing notices, updates to these policies, and responses to your support requests. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
Your business information is used to generate website content and AI responses. It is not shared with advertising networks or sold to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers maintained by Gem Coral Systems LLC. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where appropriate. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We run our own AI inference infrastructure. AI conversations and assistant queries are processed locally on our servers and are not transmitted to third-party AI providers. Your business data does not leave our infrastructure for AI processing purposes.
No security system is perfect. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as email delivery services and payment processors, but only to the extent necessary to deliver those services. These providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with this policy.
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
